From Jan.28^th to Feb. 2^nd , CFMOTO successfully held the 1^st session after-sales service training for overseas dealers in CFMOTO China Headquarters.

In order to provide better technical support and service with our overseas dealers and end-users, especially for EFI system used on our ATV, UTV and SSV, now it’s more and more important to have this training.

The training program mainly includes introduction of CFMOTO culture and profile, engine disassembly and assembly, regular repair and maintenance, EFI system introduction and important instructions. Vehicle structure and EFI components layout, On-line parts system and so on.

The training program encourage our customer having a better knowledge of our product and tips of how to use and repair.The training attendees were very pleased to have this kind of training. One of our customer Mr. Henry said, “ Very few Chinese motorcycle company had this training to support overseas customers. Most Chinese motorcycle companies only care about how to sell their products, never take care what customer really needs after sales.” After training, every attendee said it’s very helpful for them to know how to provide better after-sales service in the future.
